There should be some documentation. But looking at 'man php' I'm
reminded that it gives a listing of all the CLIs provided by php. So,
since this case adds 2 more CLIs, that's a good place for saying
something about them. There's not much to say in the case itself, but
as an implementation detail, this integration should modify 
http://src.opensolaris.org/source/raw/sfw/usr/src/cmd/php5/Solaris/php.1.sunman
to mention pear & pecl commands as well.

I don't have huge preferences on naming, but SUNWapch22m-php5 seems ok to me.
