The Start Menu "Initialize" available on any user desktop for B79 
(assuming the developerTools bundle is installed) will do that among 
other things, like creating the privilege to start/stop Mysql and 
Apache2 and adding them to the user definition, and adding rw acl for 
the htdoc dir.
