Ha, good catch. Must've been a cut & paste error somewhere.
Notice the same case also documents in it's exported interface table:
/etc/php5/[version]/php.ini Uncommitted Configuration file

That's indeed what's there.
P.S. The base PHP support integrated into build 76 back in October so
it's "did deliver", not "will deliver" ;-)
In b79 there's better integration of all the pieces so if you haven't
played with it yet, b79 is a better place to start.
(I know, sadly b79 hasn't made its way to be downloadable yet even
though it closed what seems like a long time ago. Sorry. Hopefully
we'll have public repositories at some point so we can deliver
instantaneously.)
