This idea comes from a discussion with other Sun/EU folks I met at FOSDEM last month. I've thought about it since then, and it seems a good idea to me.
How about adding value for our users with some tutorial podcasts over the web? These could be supplemented by the same material in written form, and linked to our support fora. I've given some thoughts to Apache topics that could be worth covering, and which I should be able to prepare. But in principle, we should be able to extend this to other webstack components. Help ease the steeper part of the learning curve, and convert potential users to actual ones? -- Nick Kew
