| The following changes seem to change the configuration of Squid that was
| previously delivered. Have these now become core modules that need not be
| explicitly enabled?

| - --enable-forward-via-db \
now changed to --enable-forw-via-db, will add that option.
| - --enable-useragent-log \
this was unintentional, I will add this back.
| - --enable-wccp \
| - --enable-wccpv2 \
wccp has become core (It has to be disabled explicitly now)
