Thanks for the comments. I have updated the 1-pager with the details to 
address all the items.

Few comments :
  - I have changed the names of the packages to SUNWphppgadmin and 
SUNWphppgadmin-config
    and also changed the interface stability to uncommitted. 
 - The dependencies now list exact packages.

ps:  I am working on the apache conf module for phppgadmin and that is still
      not part of this updated 1-pager.
