WebTestReport.xsl generates files with URL escapes when used in 'external' mode

This is against R_1417: when generating a webtest report with the
'singleReportsMode' parameter set to 'external' and the 'outputDir' effectively
including whitespace (and most likely other non-URL characters), the files
generated will contain the URL escapes instead of the original characters (e.g.
'C:\Dokumente%20und%20Einstellungen\...'), which will not only create some mess
on the harddrive but also broken links. It does not matter if the location is
determined by absolute or relative paths.
