Howdy Amit, As a fairly new WebTest user myself, I've found the online docs superior to every other tool I evaluated for testing web apps, esp compared with other open source tools. I'd simply start by looking at the users manual (http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/manual/manualOverview.html), which provides a number of simple start-up scripts (http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/manual/samples.html). Every XML node within the webtest node can be cross-referenced in the online documenation for further reference.
