Hi, PropertyTable is indeed an Ant Task albeit one that isn't in the Ant distribution. Searching with "PropertyTable site:canoo.com" would have led you to http://webtest-community.canoo.com/wiki/space/PropertyTable, which explains the topic including how to install, use, etc.
If you want PropertyTable to be included in the standard distribution of Canoo WebTest, please raise a JIRA feature request such that others can vote for it in JIRA. Please note that PropertyTable is conceptually and implementation-vise fully independent of Canoo WebTest.
