Mention XPather on the "Annotated References" on your website (more useful than
XPath Explorer)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: WT-367
URL: http://webtest-community.canoo.com/jira/browse/WT-367
Project: WebTest
Type: New Feature
Reporter: Michael Vorburger
May I suggest you mention the XPather, see http://xpath.alephzarro.com/ (also
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1192?id=1192) on the "Annotated
References" page at http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/manual/annotatedRefs.html
I started with that page and tried that XPath Explorer you are recommending, to
find the XPath of HTML elements on a web page (with not enough HTML IDs) but
later discovered XPather, and as it is browser integrated it is really much
more convenient.
PS: XPath Checker <http://slesinsky.org/brian/code/xpath_checker.html> is
another one that I haven't tried; XPather looked better, and works well for me.
