It looks from the documenation that the use of the config tag is changing.
c::\public\webtest\webtest.xml:172: The following error occurred while

C:\public\webtest\tests\emulate\build.xml:12: The following error occurred
while executing this line:
C:\public\webtest\tests\emulate\build.xml:27: java.lang.NullPointerException
I have my main build.xml which inspects and executes tests in subdirectories.
My hope was that as each subant task completes the memory would be released.
The error is on the last line of the config tag in a >webtest tag
I have removed the >step tags as they now look to be optional.
