What about some good old RTFM? :-). See <clickElement> to click just about anything on your webpage, you'll need <expectDialogs> in order to test javascript pop-ups if any... Both elements are covered in detail and provided with examples here: http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/manual/stepIndex.html
