Wrong behaviour of webtest for R_1777 and R_1778. Ok with 3.0 (R_1758). Did not
test with version between R_1758 and R_1777.
WebTest does not use the good default action target for a form when the action
attribute is not specified.

It does not seem to be HtmlUnit related because it works with standalone
HtmlUnit 2.4 and 2.5
