Hi Luke, As far as I know the latest build snapshots of Canoo WebTest are not available in any public maven repository. But you can download it in maven format and install it to a local maven repository (http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/build-maven.zip).
The official WebTest 3.0 Release (R_1758) is available via Maven Central, but there have been quite some changes to the current build (R_1803). I think it would be a good idea to release a newer version to Maven Central but I can not tell you any date yet.
