Thanks for responding back.  I opened the C++ project and ran it in break
mode to verify that the configuration file was being read in.  This project,
however, read it within the current directory of the build.  I am not sure
how I would test it after the exe is put in place and is in the IIS virtual
directory.  Currently, I have a /WEBWARE directory with the wkcgi.exe and
webkit.cfg.  As far as I can tell, the cfg file just has to be in the same
directory as the wkcgi.exe.  Has this been a problem for anyone else?

Is the configuration file you edited the one that your wkcgi uses to
determine the target application server? Can you check whether the
right configuration file is read?
