I want MakeAppWorkDir to be able to create a nice, CVS-ready directory. So now there's an option --cvsignore that adds .cvsignore files.
I figure there should be .cvsignore files in Logs, etc., that contain * (i.e., ignore all files). But when I do the import, the .cvsignore file is ignored (since it matches *). That sucks. You can add them manually (cvs add Logs/.cvsignore), but it's awkward.
