Summary: callMethodOfServlet needs relative URL

Initial Comment:
callMethodOfServlet() (and probably forward() and
includeURL() also) only works when given a relative
path to the current servlet. There's no way to give it
an absolute path.

The question to be decided is, if you give an absolute
path, should it be from the root of the current
context? Or should you be able to call a method of a
servlet in a different context?

Assigning to Stuart because he's currently improving
forward(), includeURL(), and callMethodOfServlet().
