OK, since nobody else stepped up, I just checked them in.  Can someone
please update to CVS head and verify that MiddleKit still works with MySQL,
and try out the PostgreSQL support?  I can't easily test it myself -- I
don't have MySQL or PostgreSQL installed myself.
