I've just uploaded patch 700402 to the Webware patch page at http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=4866&atid=304866
This patch is against cvs. It fixes a problem w/Postgres support where changes were not being committed. This was because the final commit sql was called on a cursor created from a different connection than the connection that was used to execute the insert/update/delete sql.
