You can normally disable this behaviour (getting list mails twice) in
your account's subscription's settings through the mailman web
interface. 

All Sourceforge lists default to not mess with the Reply-To, so at
least for me it is usual to press "L" in Mutt, which does a proper
List-Reply. Automatically redirecting replies to the list carries the
risk, that mails which were intended to stay private will go to the
public list instead, if I just press "Reply-To" as I'm used to with
all my other mails.

Ah, well, the old "Reply-To munging harmful or not" discussion ...
