I had already fixed the numerous compile-time warnings in the past, and I have now added the X- HTTP_AUTHORIZATION patch as well. It will be only active if you define SECURITY_HOLE_PASS_AUTHORIZATION when compiling mod_webkit (the same define as for Apache itself). I have also copied this patch over to mod_webkit2.
