These libraries might be the wrong place to start, if you are just starting to use forms -- these are more for longer forms with validation of the values. For quick things, like a search form or whatnot, they probably aren't going to be worth it. I'm afraid I don't know of a particular tutorial on forms with HTML, but I'd start with a tutorial and not a software package.
