I'm getting ready to make a new release of FunFormKit, and I want to write some reference documentation -- hopefully compact, and quite structured. Do people have advise on what tools to use for this? I don't feel like doing it with HTML, as it's more structured than that. Most of the documentation will be for field and validator classes that have a clear structure.
Should I put the reference information in doc strings? And then what tool should I use to extract it? pydoc seems like the summaries it makes are more lengthly than I think necessary (and compactness seems very important for reference docs). But maybe my impression is wrong. Happydoc? Others?
