I just checked into CVS a couple of fixes that make auto-reload work
properly on Windows too.  (But not when running as a service.  That will
require a more ambitious change to the way ThreadedAppServerService.py
works.  It's on my to-do list but I can't say that I'll get to it anytime
soon.)

So I say go ahead and deprecate OneShot.
