Now, with that said...
My thoughts are that with 3-4 of us, we can defer everything
organizational until we show up Monday. I feel pretty safe in assuming
that we can arrive Monday, throw out a few ideas, pick some stuff, and get
to work. We don't even have to work on the same thing(s). I'm just
figuring being in proximity to one another and not having "anything else"
to do will yield some results :)
Oh, and PSF is funding the Sprints entirely, so there is no additional
"sprint" registration fee (but sprinters MUST be registered PyCon
attendees). There's also no food or anything, so we're on our own for
that. We get space, tables, chairs, network connectivity, and power :)
BTW: If anyone else on the list is interested in attending the sprints and
hasn't already expressed that interest at the top of the Wiki page, please
do so:

By this, I mean, make sure to put your name on the list in the first
paragraph with a "definitely", "probably", or "maybe" qualifier next to it
