I think a big help in getting those wishes met, and probably in
answering the OP, is if the website was
updated/refreshed/refactored. If you go there, it does appear on quick
browse to be frozen in time - august 2003.

I know everyone's got no time, and those most intimate with the code
are likely *using* it rather than talking about it, but this seems
like a low-hanging fruit...
