Are you using the 'AppServer' script to start the server? If you
recently upgraded from an old Webware version, the AppServer script
in your working directory may need to be updated (grab the new one
from Webware/WebKit/AppServer).

The AppServer script checks if the app server exits with code 3, and
restarts it in this case. If you are using a different script to start
the app server, it needs to check for this.
