Thank you both for the advice.

I will probably stick with PHP for now.  However, your replies were very well 
done.  You might consider polishing it up a little and putting it up for new 
people to look up.  Even someone who is an expert in many website technologies 
would probably still find something like this helpful.  It's good to have a 
easy starting point like this (getting it all setup for development) so that 
you can then focus on the actual work.

BTW, one of the comments made was about some extra module/library being needed 
for form handling.  Does that mean Webware does not handle this part?
