Actually you said Orion + Sitemesh .... hmm.. unless you're using the latest CVS, you have just spelled a formula for memory disaster. There was a HUGE HUGE HUGE memory leak every time a page was served when using Sitemesh w/ Orion due to a very nasty bug in Orion's filter impl (and that they haven't acknowledged, as the Orion team is happy these days practicing with their knee pads on Oracle and have no time to fix mortal's bugs -- I switched to Resin and am happy) .... but nevertheless I put a workaround on Sitemesh's CVS and it's incorporated in the latest release of sitemesh too. Solution, upgrade your sitemesh to the latest version... CVS if possible. Cheers, /V P.S. It's sad to see a good product (Orion) go bad due to bad management.
