Since we're on the topic of tricks ... I have an action that returns a view, but the URL still hasn't changed from what it was before the newly returned view. The problem is that this page has a meta refresh of 30 seconds, so everytime the page refreshes, it's not only refreshed itself, but it's still execing the URL also.   Anyone know how to handle this?
