It has been explained to me that the best way to satisfy the Privacy Notice distribution and Acknowledgement of Receipt (since our non-clinical employees do not see these patients face to face) is to have the facilities (Hospitals) to draw up a Organized Health Care Agrement and include us along with other similar providers on this agreement.
My question is, if someone has a sample of the wording in an existing OHCA that you might be willing to share with me (only the specific page(s) where the "other" providers are listed in the agreement) could you send me this sample?
