Marcallee: I do have the experience and background required to lead/contribute/facilitate items 3 and 7.
The holes in the paper started to appear the moment the word "certification", which is a well defined word and widely used word in the industry, was 'defined'/adjusted to mean 'third party testing' and I forget what it is defined to be in it's latest version. The only useful parts of the latest versoion of the white paper now are the 7 types of testing identified. There used be a vendor list which was removed with a pathetic rationale of being vendor neutral. It can be vendor neutral by including all the vendors and not removing all of them. The voluminous ranting about certification is just that.
