I was able to the this information from one of our Medicare FIs. I
hope this is helpful.
Below is a list of the Program Memorandum CR numbers that house the
DDE info. According to these CR's DDE will be content compliant and not format
compliant. You can review these on line.The CMS CR WEBSITE is
http://www.cms.hhs.gov/manuals/transmittals/comm_date_dsc.asp
(when this website comes up, it will be the 2003 CRs, you will need to
go down to the bottom of the screen and click on the 2002 Program
Memorandum CR's.
You can sort the CRs in CR number order by clicking on the "CR" column
at the top of this listing.)
