The Minnesota HIPAA Collaborative has some testing templates that you might want to
use.

Subject: Fw: Minutes of TSWG meeting/conf call on 2/1303
Hi - Rama's having email challenge and asked me to post minutes - they're
below -
----- Original Message -----
Minutes of the Testing Sub Workgroup Conference call on 2/13/03:
Attendees:
1. Cynthia Korman
2. Rama Pidaparti
3. Michael DeRoche
4. John Huff
5. David Frenkel
6. Sunny Singh
(there were more but I am sorry these are all the names I recall).
0. DENTAL Spreadsheet is finally completed, per
Brandi's email to Rama before the call.
1. Survey:
Ed sent and email that there were two minor things the
steering committee was to clear and they are:
a. Confidentiality Agreement (Kristin Becker to send
to Ed? or the people participating in the survey)
b. Version: 4010, Addenda I or Adddenda II: To have
three choices instead of scale of 10.
The group felt that this is fine and that Ed should be
able to send the survey out fairly quickly with these
two minor things taken care of.
>
Ed and John to work with John L and Sue to get it out soon. If it gets to
Kristin Becker by 2/19/03, she would likely be willing to print it for
distribution at the March Summit
2. March Summit in Chicago:
The presentation during the break out session on
Tuesday afternoon to have two parts;
1. Survey and possibly some results
2. The Testing centric presentation to represent
perspectives of provider (Cynthia), payer(Rama) and
Clearing House (Marcallee) and what the April Testing
deadline means (internal testng, trding partner
testing, B2B testing - Cynthia), and to provide what
HIPAA Transactions Testing is all about (and Vendor's
perspective ?) (Brandi) and also make available some
templates of Test plans, Test case etc., and more
(Mike).
John Huff suggested that the presentation be tied to
the survey as closely as possible and the group thought that
it is a good idea to the extent possible.
