On the RSA call this past week a CMS representative (that many of us know and appreciate :^>) indicated that a Final Rule will be coming out, probably in late July, that specifies exclusions from the ASCA mandate for electronic filing of Medicare claims. The exceptions will NOT just be relevant to only small provider organizations...more detail than that could not be shared...
