Follow-up Comment #1:
It will not be possible to close server windows, because that means change
lot of code and WeeChat is not designed to work without these windows.
Today, you can merge server windows in only one with /set
look_one_server_buffer = on
In near future we'll have panels (custom windows), and you'll be able to
print text in that windows (but you'll always see at least one server
window).
