Details:
When URI contains %C then it is parsed as color and removed from URI.
E.g. this URI
http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regul%C3%A1rn%C3%AD_v%C3%BDraz
goes to
http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regul%A1rn%AD_vDraz
This behavior is wrong and %C should not be taken as color in URI.
