Details:

Currently overflow text in Weechat wraps to the first line.

Ex:
<pre>
[00:00] <mynick> Hello this is a really
                 long line wrapped onto
                 several lines aligned
                 with the first one.
</pre>

This is awkward when working with several split windows when chat space is at
a premium. I would like to be able to specify the wrapping behavior, for
example to align after the timestamp offset by some N, for example:

<pre>
[00:00] <mynick> Hello now I am wrapped
           to some lesser offest and can
           fit some more text on each
           line!
</pre>
