Follow-up Comment #1, bug #20945 (project weechat):
After several test, I have found why this bug.
Xmpp4R is a libraries obtains with rubygems. So I just need had a line for
add this require :
require 'rubygems'
before require 'xmpp4r'. In a normal irb, it's not obligatory
