Details:

I thought may be useful to add change the "/buffer" command in order to allow
users to back to the previous buffer when called with the "move" directive but
with the '-' argument (without number). This allow to bind a relative shortcut
which allow to switch begin 2 fixed  buffer (previous and previous again)
quickly.

The idea camed in from a dwm feature which do something like this but with
the tags ("mod-tab" shortcut, by default). I found it very useful and i'm
pretty sure i'll find it much useful on WeeChat too.

I'd think about implementing it as plugin but, as far as i can say, it's not
possible ATM.
