Details:
After being disconnected from the server for some time, nicklist_count is
larger than it should be.
For example, this morning at 10:40 i did /disconnect -all in 2.7 version. At
that time the nicklist counts for 2.6 and 2.7 were the same. Tonight I did
/connect -all at 18:43. Then I started weechat 2.6. Here is a chart showing
the different numbers for nicklist count for each version.

This also happens after hibernating.
I'm sorry, I /quit 2.6 this morning; I did not think to also disconnect 2.6
this morning to see if bug is in 2.6 as well.
