Details:
Even with the option weechat.look.set_title set to off weechat changes the
xterm title to "WeeChat 0.2.7-dev-protocols". I find that annoying because I
like to set my xterm titles myself.
On startup the function config_change_title gets called and always continues
with gui_window_title_set. Something to do with the config struct just being
created and the pointer therefore always being non NULL?
