Details:
It appears to be sending a fixed invalid header no matter what the proxy
type.
Output from ngrep (attempting to use a proxy to connect to a SSL/TLS
server):
T 127.0.0.1:34211 -> 127.0.0.1:9999 [AP]
15 03 03 00 02 01 00 .......
