Details:
A feature, something like /buffer immutable.
Where if you set a buffer as immutable, it can't be moved, it can't be
closed, when you close and reopen the client, it's still in the same place,
etc
Sort of like saving your layout, but only for 1 buffer, not the whole
layout...Also, allow the immutable flag to be removed with like: /buffer
-immutable
