Follow-up Comment #2, bug #25560 (project weechat):
The easiest way to see the /ctcp version bug: join irc.b2shells.com #b2shells
and /ctcp ChanServ version
On my end, it seems to not reply with Weechat, but when i /ctcp version it
from any other client, it works (outputs services version info and stuff)
