Details:
Attached is a preliminary patch that changes
extern void gui_window_title_set ();
into
extern void gui_window_title_set (const char *title);
And if config_look_set_title is true, the terminal title will change upon
buffer change.
Preferably the API needs to export this functionality so scripts can be
written to change terminal title. And GUI window title once other GUIs become
available.
