Details:

Earlier today i was PM/query spammed by about 30 lamers. The only way i could
figure out to close them all was to go to each buffer and do /close which
takes a bit of time, therefore i have 2 feature requests for /buffer close

1. /buffer close range:
Basically "/buffer close 27-38" will close those 11 buffers with one command
(obviously be able to close more than 11 with it, but you see the point).

2. more switches for /buffer (or add some switches to /buffer close):
There's currently "/buffer clear -all"... It would be really nice to see a
-channels switch and a -queries switch so that you could quickly close all
queries in a similar situation to above or do a action on all channels (i
don't know what this action would be, but i'm sure some people would want
it).

I'd personally prefer #1 to be implemented because in the situation i
reported in the beginning, i had some queries open that i didn't want to
close.
