Details:
Easy to reproduce: Set up an irc proxy (/load proxy and set the needed
options like password and port)
then fire up your weechat and add a new server with the hostname of your
irssi proxy. you also need to set the port and the server password.
Connect and try to hide join/quit messages with the smart filter (might even
effect complete filtering - have not tested)
