Summary: The very last charactor disappears when input with
a long input line mixed with Chinese and English charactors

How to reproduce:
1. Paste following line into cmdline with <shift-insert>(or middule mouse
click):
一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行一个很长的中文行
2. type a <space> after them.
3. select 长 then use <shift-insert>(or middule mouse click) to paste it
into cmdline.
You will see the cursor move forward but leave a blank space after the
next-to-last charactors, the lastest charactor that you pasted appears as a
blank(it actually should be there).
