Follow-up Comment #1, task #9770 (project weechat):
As a sidenote, possibly just add support completion on unknown commands where
if a word starts with no special character and <tab> is hit, nick complete, if
a word starts with a # and <tab> is hit, channel complete (possibly just for
the server you're running that command on), if the word/line starts with a /,
do normal command completion.
